I’ve never been this close to a roadrunner before and I think the footage turned out well. So I uploaded it to Wikimedia Commons and put it under a Public Domain license for anyone to use in anyway they want. All of my contributions to the Wikipedia group of resources have been in the Public Domain.
This Greater Roadrunner appeared outside a restaurant in Shoshone on January 4, 2022. Shoshone is in the southeast corner of the Death Valley region of California. This cafe is located at 112 N State Highway in Shoshone which is in Inyo County. It may have been looking for handouts from the cafe which was closed on that day.
