“Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., altered the traditional ending of ‘amen’ by saying ‘Amen and awoman’ as he delivered the opening prayer for the 117th Congress on Sunday . . .”
The politically correct and inclusive are now dragging us further into the insanity and chaos of Wonderland.
Amen means “it is so” or “so be it.”
It has nothing to do with gender.
And this nonsense will now be permanently enshrined in the Congressional Record.
Incredible.
